Ingredients:

Ingredients A:

  • 3 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 10 pieces Green chilies
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Kurma powder

Ingredients B:

  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 pieces Onions, sliced
  • 5 pieces Cardamom
  • 2 cm Cinnamon
  • 500g Basmathi rice, washed and drained
  • 150g Carrots, grated
  • 100g Tomatoes, chopped finely

Methods:

  1. Finely blend ingredients A and set aside.
  2. Heat oil and sauté onions, cardamom and cinnamon, then add ingredients A and cook until aromatic.
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients B and cook until the rice is done.
