Ingredients:

Ingredients A:

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red capsicum, diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped spring onions
  • ½ tablespoon chicken granules
  • ½ teaspoon mustard sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper to taste

Ingredients B:

  • 100gm cooked chicken breast, cut into cubed
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • soft butter for spreading
  • lettuce, few slices
  • cucumber, sliced

Methods:

  1. Mix all of ingredients A until form a smooth paste. Stir in cooked chicken meat and mix well.
  2. Spread whole meal bread with butter. Arrange lettuce and spread the chicken filling, top with slice cucumber and bread.
  3. Trip the edge and cut into desired shape.
  4. Serve immediately.
