Ingredients:

Ingredients A:

  • ⅓ cup instant full cream milk powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red cherries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green cherries
  • 1 tablespoon blackcurrants

Ingredients B:

  • 6-8 slices bread, trim edges and cut into desired shape
  • ½ cup cupmultigrain cereals
  • margarine for frying

Methods:

  1. In a bowl, mix well ingredients A.
  2. Dip bread pieces in mixture A.
  3. Coat bread with multigrain cereals.
  4. Shallow fry coated bread until golden brown; drain.
  5. Serve while still warm.
