Ingredients:

  • 4 slices white or wholemeal bread
  • butter for spreading
  • lettuce
  • 150 gm fruit flavored fat free yogurt (peach flavor)
  • 1 ½ cups drained fruit cocktail
  • honey

Methods:

  1. Toast bread and spread with butter.
  2. Place lettuce on buttered bread; set aside.
  3. Mix yogurt with fruit cocktail, then scoop mixture over bread.
  4. Trickle honey over it. Serve immediately .
