Ingredients:

Ingredients A:

  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning

Dressing ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups honeydew, diced
  • 1 medium mango, diced
  • 1 cup nata de coco
  • ½ cup red bean, cooked
  • ½ cup watermelon, cubed
  • ½ cup grapes, cut into halves

Methods:

  1. In a bowl, mix well ingredients A and set aside.
  2. Combine ingredients B and add sauce; toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.
