Ingredients:

Ingredients A:

  • 80g atta flour
  • 40g instant oats
  • 50g bran
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 tablespoon castor sugar
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • A pinch of salt

Ingredients B:

  • 3 small eggs
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 3 bananas (Pisang Emas), cubed

Ingredients C:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 150ml low fat milk
  • 50ml filled evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Methods:

  1. Combine ingredients A, B & C together. Leave a few minutes for flour to expand.
  2. Grease lightly a non stick pan. Pour in 1 cup batter. Cover for a few minutes. When one side of pancake is golden brown, turn to the other side.
  3. Take out and serve.
