Mixed Chicken and Prawn Balls with Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

Ingredients A:

  • 100 gm minced chicken meat
  • 100 gm minced prawns
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
  • 1½ teaspoon cornflour
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1.2 l water
  • 1 chicken stock cube

Ingredients B:

  • 150 gm cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 100 gm carrot, floret
  • 150 gm yam bean, wedges
  • 1 stalk spring onion, sliced
  • pepper to taste

Methods:

  1. Combine ingredients A (except water & chicken stock cube) in a bowl and stir in one direction until sticky. Form into small prawn balls.
  2. Combine water and chicken stock cube in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add in ingredients B and bring to a boil again.
  4. Add prawn balls and cook until they float up. Remove from heat.
