Ingredients:

  • 6 medium ripe bananas (pisang emas)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 200 ml UHT full cream milk
  • 150 gm fat-free plain/natural yogurt
  • 1 can chilled orange juice drink
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • crushed ice cubes

Methods:

  1. Combine ingredients into blender; blend for two minutes or until well mixed.
  2. Pour into chilled tall glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.
